*If your school has given you a work out plan then you must follow their instructions. If your school has not given you a work out plan you can do this.
3 by 20: ONCE DAILY
When you wake up in the morning run around the outside of your house 20 times with only 1min rest after each 20 you are to do this 3 times.
Cardio: ALL Students
Plyometric Exercises:
Grades 5-8
​All exercises are to be done twice on M, W, and F unless otherwise specified.

75 PUSH-UPS

60 - 180 SIT UPS

25-50 SQUATS

10-15 BURPEES (ONCE DAILY)

You have your choice with pushups you can do Normal, Military, Diamond, and Wide Base etc... so that you can work different parts of your body.
​
1st set in the morning before 10am.
2nd set in the evening before 8pm.
